Parallel computer cluster: 8x AMD quad core Opteron 2.33 GHz; 2x Intel six core 3.46 GHz, COMSOL Multiphysics 4.4 with the CFD, RF, Plasma, Chemical Engineering modules, COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0 with the RF module, CFD-ACE+ 2013.0 multi-physics software.
