Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench  is a system-design platform and development environment for a visual programming language from National Instruments.  It is a graphical language quite unique in the method by which code is constructed and saved. There is no text based code as such, but a diagrammatic view of how the data flows through the program. Scientists and engineers  thus can easily visualise data flow with the LabView program.
